"While I was creating this document, my intention at the beginning was to combine treatment and prescription examples in different files, to provide ease of use for myself. I didn't want to be selfish, thinking that nothing bad would come out, I thought it would be a good idea to send this study to my friends who graduated with me as well...

First of all, I would like to thank the assistants of Karadeniz Technical University Department of Emergency Medicine, who are the content providers of an important part of this document.

I would also like to thank my dear colleagues for preparing the diagnostic treatment and prescription samples that I have compiled from various sites and contributed greatly to the content of this document.
