AG-Evaluapp

Ideal for data that provide tests and intermittent dosing

AG-Evaluapp is an application used for providing the data field tests and to dose intermittent linear. It also has software for evaluating vertical jumps.

It is divided into 3 main screens:

. The first features as the Course Navette tests, the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1, the TIVEDeC and 30-15 IFT. Values ​​can be obtained that give the same, such as VO2max., VAM, distance traveled in meters, etc. Depending on what the test you select.

. The second is for planning. In the same practice they can be metered intermittent, indicating the speed (km / h), work time (sec.) And intensity (%). Thus, the application will indicate what is the distance in meters you have to go.

. The third screen, called Bosco, has a battery of tests for vertical jumps.
