Who is a Buyer?

Members who, post request on the app for Zamzam to be delivered to them by the other members of the App flying to their location are known as Buyers or Buyer.

Who is a Flyer?​

Members who post the offer on the app to buy and transport Zamzam to other members of the App when flying to their destination are known as Flyers or Flyer.

What is a Reward?

The mutually agreed amount which the Buyer promises to pay the Flyer upon receiving the item from the Flyer, is referred to as ‘Reward’ in the Airbük App. It includes the Cost of the item + Flyer's Commission + Airbük Service fee.
