We recommend a timer of at least 20 minutes, and a light color.

★Alarm setup:

Click the "+" button at the bottom of the home screen to create a new alarm.

In the new screen:

- Choose a title for alarm

- Set the maximum hour you want to be up

- Set the duration of the simulator: this will give you the hour of the simulator startup

- Then select the alarm days

- Choose the color of the screen

- And finally you can also choose a ringtone that will fire at the end of the simulation
