The Application Physical Evaluation Aleixo was designed to optimize the physical evaluation process, generating from anthropometric measurements of the valued customers the following results (using Pollock Protocol 3 folds)

-> Fat Percentage Estimated

-> Body Density (formula by Jackson and Pollock)

-> Bone Mass

-> Residual Mass Estimated

-> Fat Body Mass

-> Muscle Mass

-> Lean Body Mass

-> Ideal Body Mass

-> Body Mass Excess Estimate

-> Excess Calories

-> Waist Hip Ratio

-> Ideal Weight (with a different calculation for the elderly)

-> Basal Metabolic Rate

-> Blood Pressure

For this filling in all the data it is necessary as there are interdependent results in algorithms.

There are pictures with explanations that assist in antopométrica measurement process.

You can save and share the results by email, whatsapp, and even save it to your device. In this case, the file will be saved in .txt format allowing you to customize it to then present to their customers.

Evaluations shall name, photo and date. But when saved in the memory of your device, the document will be generated txt without images. This will facilitate the subsequent formatting for other media if desired. But the photos are on your device to link them.
