We specialize in yoga, massage, and Reiki as well as offer an array of spiritual tools in our metaphysical shop. Whether you are newly starting on your spiritual journey or continuing on your path, we commit to supporting everyone in our diverse space.

There are daily yoga classes specializing in all level practices including vinyasa, hatha, gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, and yoga nidra. Our Pay-What-You-Can yoga program offers an affordable way for all to access these practices. We bring community together through our special events which include sound healing, breathwork, gong bath, and exclusive workshops.

Through the Mobile App, you will be able to register for any yoga classes and special events, book a massage or Reiki session, schedule a tarot reading and much more.
