AllApp Parental

AllApp Parental shows additional transparent layer above all apps that are running and it 'catches' all clicks on the screen. So whenever you need eg. play some song for a child on a YouTube and you don't want your kid to change video or search for something just run this app and enable protection.

In order to work properly, this application needs a permission for displaying content over other apps (same as used in chat applications for showing chat bubbles regardless of currently running application).

KNOWN LIMITATION: Android prevents applications from covering the whole screen, therefore Status Bar (Top of device's screen) and optionally virtual keys (Bottom of device's screen) will work. In order to disable these, Android introduces screen pinning (more info in link below). Although, not every version of Android system supports pinning.
