Amae is not only insurance, it is an integral platform that seeks to improve the health of patients with diabetes, through prevention efforts and recommendations for the treatment and control of the disease.

b) 2 Free glycosylated hemoglobin tests per year (in Laboratories in agreement, closer) that allow the patient to know their health status.

a) Compensatory Health Insurance:

In case of presenting any of the 6 medical complications: Myocardial Infarction, Stroke, Diabetic Coma, Blindness, Chronic Renal Failure and Amputation by Diabetic Necrobiosis, the insured will present medical information confirming any of these diagnoses. Subsequently, the benefit of the contracted plan will be paid. This benefit will be delivered only once and the policy will be canceled.

b) 2 Glycosylated Hemoglobin Tests

The Amae Health program offers 2 shots of glycosylated Hemoglobin per year for free. This will allow the patient to know their health status and control their Diabetes through personalized medical follow-up.

The patient will receive a barcode. Subsequently, it will locate the Laboratory that has an agreement with Amae nearest, it will be presented with an official identification and barcode, to consult the results through the Amae App.

c) Medical Monitoring

A General Practitioner will contact each patient to monitor and control Diabetes. The doctor will periodically review the management of the disease based on the continuous information provided by the patient, as well as the results of the glycosylated hemoglobin tests.

Through the Amae App, the patient will receive personalized exercise and diet tips. These are very important factors in health care, and that is why very simple exercises that can be put into practice and economic diets will be made available to each patient, considering the geographical region where the patient lives.

d) Discounts with the Medical Provider Network.

e) Rewards Program
