After being told the road to recovery was slim, Anthea knew she had to take control of her own healing. Clients usually come to see Anthea when they have had enough. Their cup is completely full of the wrong thing. Stress, anxiety and they have completely disconnected from their heart, their intuition and they can no longer hear what their body is trying to tell them.
