1) Breaks and rest

Reduce stress through optimal break and recovery strategies and build up new resources!

You will interactively learn about measures for the effective organization and design of breaks and recovery phases after work, including vacation and sleep. As a manager, you will also learn scientifically sound recommendations for action in order to better harmonize breaks and recovery phases with everyday work and to make them even more effective for you and your employees.

2) Relaxation in everyday work

Learn the concept of applied relaxation - and thus to relax in a matter of seconds in every situation in everyday life and thus to master stress!

Starting with progressive muscle relaxation, you will learn to relax in several steps in an ever shorter period of time and to use this technique in a targeted manner in stressful everyday situations. Applied relaxation is a tried and tested procedure with the help of which stress and tension in everyday life can be identified at an early stage and reduced through lightning-fast relaxation.

3) Training of emotional skills

Learn to deal with emotional situations in a more relaxed manner in order to come home balanced even after stressful days!

Based on current scientific knowledge on emotional competencies and emotional intelligence, managers and employees train in online training:
