ABOUT ART BUSINESS MODULE

IEMA is pleased to announce a very different and one of its kind in INDIA, ART BUSINESS MODULE for the promotion and benefits of its Artist Friends. This ART BUSINESS MODULE will not only bring your works directly to the buyer, it will establish direct connection with the entire market.

1. To be a part of this business module for Artists, you will have to send the pictures of Art works to us. The mailed works will go through a selection process.

2. The selected Artists will have to pay (Rs. 3500 for 1 year) the Registration Fee Rs. 10000 for 3 years. We will provide you services of Marketing, Branding & sales for registered artists to sell their Artworks. We will not charge the commissions of 30% or else on sales.

3. Each Artist will have to submit minimum of 10 and maximum of 20 works with us. After that, the complete sale and purchase will be taken care of by IEMA. These works can be in the form of paintings or digital prints.

4. If any artist is giving any type of copy work, he/she should have a copyright of that work or he/she will have to send us a declaration of that duly signed by the artist.

5. If during the first two years, not even a single work of any artist is sold, the artist will become eligible for the IEMA artist fund which will be distributed equally among all such artists whose works are not sold.

6. However if the artist doesn’t want a share of IEMA fund, then alternatively the artist will be given a chance to participate in the art shows being organized during the third year free of cost.

7. Whenever the works of any artists are sold out of the ten or twenty submitted works, the artist will be expected to make and deposit more works so as to maintain the required number of paintings.
