Remote assistance allows office staff to communicate with field staff in a more efficient manner and reduce truck rolls. ARUtility users can request assistance from anyone, anytime and anywhere in the world. This allows for two-way communication via voice and video.

Remote assistance users can receive notifications from field staff requesting remote assistance. Clicking on the notification will open the application.

While in a chat, users are able to draw on the screen and leave notes that stick in the real world. Field staff can visualize the augmented reality drawings to more clearly communicate and relay information to the field.
