ASIKMAS - Community Satisfaction Survey Application

Public services carried out by government apparatus are currently felt not to meet the expectations of the community. This can be seen from various public complaints that are conveyed through mass media and social networks. Of course the complaint, if not handled, has a negative impact on the government. Further

again it can cause distrust from the community.

One effort that must be made in improving public services is to conduct a community satisfaction survey to service users by measuring the satisfaction of the community of service users.
