With features like Tasks and notes, Project managers can track assigned tasks and monitor the completion of low, medium and high priority items. With Notes, any user can record meetings, or jot down any bit of information that might be important down the road.

Keep track of all important documents, drawing, photos and videos with modules designed to easily store and access information. We have connected our app to existing document management systems so that you can continue using them, but now you can access all project information from one place.

In addition, you can record all completed work with our Work Log feature. This allows you to consistently monitor all parties working on a project and easily relay this information to stakeholders on the project.

With Daily Reports, a Manager can assemble and deliver all the information gathered in AVASIS by selecting a single date or date range. The user can then select what information they would like to roll up to project stakeholders by selecting through completed work logs, notes, task and photos/documents. With a stylish compilation of info, you can guarantee that you will be providing consistent information time and time again.
