Welcome to AWIP radio.

A Work In Progress radio is a station focused on the positive to help your mental health. We have a weekly mental health podcast, a vast array of music from country to Christian rap. We will have regular meditation minutes, mindfulness segments and talk shows about sports, cars and more, all focused on the positive. We hope to give our listeners an enlightening feeling throughout their day to help stimulate and improve their mental health. This is all based on my own 20 year journey with depression and anxiety and how it has affected my family life, coaching life and business life.
