B210K Trainer

Follow on from C25K with B210K Trainer — we'll get you running 10K!

B210K Trainer is the follow-on app for people who have successfully finished the C25K Trainer program. If you're looking to get started running for the first time, check out C25K Trainer before starting this.

B210K (Bridge to 10K -- i.e. 5K to 10K) is a 6-week program which helps you become a 10K runner from your previous 5K achievements. Most exercises are about 60 minutes, so you will need to set aside more time than you did previously with C25K.

B210K Trainer tells you when to run and when to walk, and leaves the rest up to you. It is based heavily on our C25K Trainer app, with the same features, including vibration notifications and the voice of Brian McManus. It is also completely free -- no ads and no pro version. So get running!

Permissions Explained:

* View Network Connections – the app makes use of Android's WebView, which requires this permission to work

* Control Vibration – Your phone will vibrate when you need to start walking / running

* Prevent Device From Sleeping – The app stops your phone's processor from going into a sleep mode to ensure the timer stays perfectly accurate
