The Barbarian Performance app is designed to support your athletic development journey with programs created by our expert Strength & Conditioning Coach. With over 15 years of experience training professional, collegiate and youth athletes, we have developed specialized programs focused on areas of speed, strength, stamina, power, suppleness, and skill. Our training practices have been proven effective regardless of sport, age, gender, or physical limitations.

For Athletes:

- Access your customized training programs, log your workouts, and track results

- Watch video demonstrations and review instructions with all parameters provided by your coach

- Upload your own videos for coach review and learn target areas to optimize your form

- Start private conversations with your coach to discuss goals, results, technique, and workouts

- Follow your athletic performance and progress as you complete assessments

- Manage your account from profile details to selected programs and memberships

For Parents of our Youth Athletes:

- Add and change dependent accounts

- Schedule and update booked training sessions
