Improved dodge mechanics in simulations based on player feedback:
- moves where time from move announcement to yellow flash is short are harder to dodge
- shorter attack moves allow for faster recovery to dodge, while long moves are more likely to cause missed dodge windows
- certain moves are harder to dodge due to their animation, eg Earthquake, Blizzard
