Complete daily activity goals with your smartwatch (Wear OS smartwatch or Fitbit) and earn up to $300 in rewards over 12 months.

Currently this is a program being offered to US-based Globers. In the coming months the program will expand to other regions.

1. Enroll in the program.

2. Get your smartwatch, if you don't already have one.

3. Download the Globant BeHealthy app. Now available for iOS and Android.

4. Get active to earn rewards.

Complete your activity targets

Using the Globant BeHealthy app, you are able to measure your daily progress toward activity goals: Heart Points and Steps.

Heart Points are scored for activity that raises your heart rate.

Steps are devised to help you reduce the amount of sedentary time in your day.

Meeting all daily targets earns you a star

During the first month you join the program you will need to earn 9 stars to be rewarded with $25.

Over time, your goals will adapt to your accomplishments, helping you become more active.

Who can join the program?

• Any full-time US-based Globant employee.

• To use BeHealthy for Android: must have a cell phone compatible with a Wear OS smartwatch or a Fitbit.

• Anyone ready to get active and earn rewards!
