Lay down wax paper and temper you melting chocolates until melted all the way through. Spoon the melted chocolate into a piping back with the small round tip, and make extra curvy “S” shapes onto the wax paper for the flamingo heads, and let cool. Next, use the pink and peach gel food coloring in two separate small containers and stir in a splash of almond extra to make your edible paint. Using a dedicated food paint brush, brush small strokes in varying colors onto a strawberry macaron to make flamingo feather shapes. Once the body is complete, stick the flower stamens in the bottom of the macaron to be the legs, and the chocolate “S” on the side for the head, and adding a beak and eye with the black food marker.
