Hello!! I am the personal trainer Bia Caserta, graduated in physical education since 2010, post graduate in nutrition and sports supplement since 2012, graduated in Pilates mat and Pilates in appliances for Pilates life space; functional training by the 4 CORE 360 modules and the Bravus Academy, among many other fitness courses. Specializing in fitness, bodybuilding and rehabilitation by the renowned BOPE course since 2017!

My job is to bring everyone a significant improvement in quality of life, health and well-being and especially to make each of my students aware that with discipline and focus the impossible becomes possible and that NOTHING is unattainable when there is YOUR dedication along with My work!
