I design the programs myself, a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. My clients can access their program through the Trainerize app, which allows them to communicate with me and track their progress. The app also provides clients with access to a library of exercise videos and detailed instructions for each workout. Big Andy Training offers a variety of training programs, including weight loss, muscle building, performance,and general fitness. The program is tailored to the individual client's goals, fitness level, and preferences. In addition to workout plans, I can also provide nutritional guidance and support to help clients achieve their desired results. Clients can track their food intake and receive feedback and recommendations to help them make healthier choices.
