When the app opens there will be a BMI calculator. Type in your height in and wight using metric measurements. If you are underweight you can click on, "Wight Gain Tips," and if you are Fat/Obese there are, "Weight Loss Tips." If you are healthy or Fit you don't have any button to click on. When you are done you can go again or exit the app.
