Body Vision was designed by Simon, an exercise and behavioural change scientist who has been a weight loss coach since 2005. Simon was once obese himself and so understands the struggle of trying to lose weight permanently.
Through research, Simon managed to go from obese to athletic and has maintained this change ever since. To refine the method, Simon attended Loughborough University (an institute recognised worldwide in the field of health and fitness) where he finished top of the year. He is now doing his Masters in Behaviour Change at University College London, where he studies under the recognised trailblazers in the realm of behaviour change: Professor Susan Michie and Dr Leslie Gutman.

Body Vision will create full training plans for you, taking into account how often and when you would like to train, what your current ability is and what equipment (or lack thereof) you have available. Once your plan is created Body Vision will work through every workout with you, advising on correct technique (to avoid injury) and timing intervals and rest. These plans will then progress with you, allowing your ability to continuously improve.
2. Individual Advice
Everyone is different. You will have your own unique barriers, and these require personalised information and insight to overcome. For this reason, an in-app feature is available that allows you to direct any questions you have at Simon directly, who will then provide you with private and individual advice.
3. Knowledge Acquisition
For life change to be maintained, you need an understanding of how it is achieved. To allow this, Simon has created in app lessons and videos that teach you all the different tips and tricks you can use to be successful. New lessons and videos are always being provided and you can gain even more knowledge by following the Body Vision Facebook and Youtube.
