This application is an initiative of the platform "Voices and Actions Citizens" as part of its project # Boncitoyen229.

 It is a mobile application of education and training of young people to active and responsible citizenship.

It allows each user to learn about the concepts of digital citizenship, citizen participation and accountability.

This application also gives the user the opportunity to evaluate his knowledge by means of a quiz and to receive a personalized certificate in case he has a score of 70%.

In addition to the training component, the application allows any use to initiate or participate in a citizen debate, citizen mobilization and even send a message to its elected representatives. This second part is still under development.
