Boomerang provides full visibility and control over the Returns process

The Sales Force staff will receive daily notification through the Boomerang App of the returns generated in real time from each of the registered points of sale under their responsibility to be attended to and provide timely follow-up within a maximum of 7 days after have received the notification.

Sales Force will go to the point of sale and carry out the return process according to the reason for the failure:

100% Freezer Failure,

50% Power Failure,

100% Expired Product

It will count the shrinkage and generate an assessment ticket on the device, then it will issue the credit note request ticket, at the same time as requesting the store manager to capture the last 6 digits of the NDCred.

Once this information has been shared and captured, the Sales Force will request the store leader to print their return ticket to cross the OXXO-UL stamps and sign the return generated.

Sales Force will carry out the withdrawal of the shrinkage, along with digitizing through the Boomerang App in a firm space, the credit note request, the customer return ticket and the service order sheet (if applicable). in just a few simple steps that will not take more than 1 minute.

The status of each notification will be automatically updated according to the registration and follow-up of the return, providing real-time visibility of Uncompensated returns, based on the return date and the time in which each case is attended by the person responsible.
