This Hindu Religious Education and Character Education textbook for Grade IV Elementary School students has been prepared in accordance with the 2013 Curriculum. It is presented based on understanding competencies in creating active, creative, innovative and enjoyable student learning, so that learning Hinduism becomes more enjoyable in order to achieve appropriate competencies. It is hoped that the young generation of Hindus will have noble character.

This book also includes interesting picture illustrations to motivate and instill in students a love of reading, as well as to love the diversity of Hindu culture by adding Hindu religious holy days celebrated by Indian ethnic Hindus. The history of the development of Hinduism in Indonesia is presented since the beginning of 2 AD.
