In general, this book is divided into three parts, namely general guidance, learning units and conclusion. The general guide contains an introduction, learning outcomes, learning strategies, teacher guide book features and instructions for using the book. The learning units contain units of PJOK Class VII learning material for one year, totaling 8 learning units. Each unit contains learning objectives, material descriptions, apperception, learning activity procedures, teacher reflection, assessment, enrichment, student worksheets as well as student reading materials and teacher reading materials. Meanwhile, the closing section contains conclusions and follow-up activities.

This guidebook was prepared to serve as inspiration and/or reference for class VII PJOK teachers in carrying out learning activities starting from the learning preparation stage, learning implementation and learning assessment. This book also presents elements of learning outcomes which include elements of movement skills and knowledge, elements of movement utilization, as well as elements of character development and elements of movement values.

The author hopes that this guidebook will be useful for PJOK teachers in developing and implementing PJOK learning strategies that are appropriate and meaningful for students in an effort to realize the Pancasila Student Profile, namely lifelong learners who have global competencies and behave in accordance with Pancasila values.

Hopefully this application can be useful and become a loyal friend in the teaching and learning process at all times.
