This fine arts teacher's guidebook is designed based on the Fine Arts Learning Outcomes set by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. Fine arts is one of the subjects taught to students at all levels from primary to secondary education in Indonesia. The aim of preparing this Teacher's Guidebook is to help teachers get a clear, detailed and systematic picture of fine arts subjects. This is done because there are still many teachers who teach at elementary school level who do not come from a fine arts education background.

In carrying out the learning activities in this book, it can be carried out using a variety of learning methods or models according to the objectives, material characteristics, teacher experience, student characteristics and profiles, as well as the resources available at each school. Apart from that, teachers have the freedom to be creative in adapting learning activities to the environmental context and characteristics of students' abilities. so that this fine arts learning activity can be carried out well and there is interaction between teachers and students which stimulates students' independence, activeness and thinking abilities at school.

Through fine arts lessons we are taught about beauty, learning that every step of our life has a value of beauty that we can enjoy and be grateful for. Through art we can learn things that are not just judged by numbers, but learn to judge things from sincerity, feeling and love.
