Our search for greatness has led us to create a restaurant that is more than just a restaurant, but is an experience. The vision of becoming market leaders in the hospitality industry has brought together two of El Paso’s most successful restaurateurs. Rafael Arellano and Alejandro Orozco, known for their inventive style and expert execution, now share their passion and are leading the way to an amazing creation of what will be a classic American grille.
