Cal24seven is an online calendar for booking appointments with freelance professionals. Users can book appointments 24/7 with the service provider of their choice. The use of this app is free of cost. Freelance professionals take on bookings and can passively expand their customer network, while getting on with their work and are notified immediately by e-mail.

This booking system has been designed by Nick Conrad and developed by clecotech.com IT Services. Nick is a freelance PGA Golf Professional with vast experience, who first created a similar booking programme for Golf Professionals in Germany (mygolfpro.de) back in 2004.

-On signing-up, which must to be done through the web version of the app, the freelance professional can choose among a few options when configurating his online calendar: duration of an appointment, time-limit for taking on bookings and accepting cancellations and months in advance for taking on bookings

-Immediate push e-mail notifications for users and freelance professionals, with each booking and cancellation.
