Canna-Coach

Canna-Coach aims to support young people wishing to modify their cannabis use.

Are you between the age of 14 and 25 and have questions or want to change your cannabis consumption habits? Try Canna-Coach!

Canna-Coach was developed to allow young Quebecers aged 14 to 25 to reflect and, if they wish, to make changes associated with their cannabis consumption. The application gives you advice depending on the change you want to make. It allows you to do an evaluation of your consumption, identify your goals and motivations for change, to have access to advice to support your efforts, to community resources and to a discussion forum with other people in similar situations. Canna-Coach is not an application to obtain cannabis and does not encourage consumption.

Canna-Coach is supported by the CIUSSS du Centre-sud-de-l’Ile-de-Montréal. This project is the result of collaboration between various university researchers (UQAM, Université de Sherbrooke, Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, Université Laval) and clinicians from different practice settings. Canna-Coach was developed with the financial support of the Ministère de la Santé and des Services sociaux and of Health Canada under the Substance Use and Addictions Program (SUAP). This application is an adaptation of Stop-Cannabis.ch originally developed by Université de Genève.
