Cartografías Digitales. Travel through Espacio Fundación Telefónica and history.

Cartografías Digitales emerges from a videogame workshop, made in the Place of Telefónica Foundation, with the aim of treating Telefónica building and its history as a center of it. Therefore, we met a number of students and volunteers who, together, collaborated on a creative process that started knowing in depth the building and ended with the production of this videogame.

We are not facing a game as you can understand it. It is rather an itinerary. A journey through different scenes featuring the building and its people, always guided by the spirit of the young architect who was commissioned in the 20s: Ignacio Cardenas. This, though was exiled after the Spanish Civil War, left his energy in a projected future from now we look building. Each of the scenes has been designed by one or more of the students in the workshop and you can read about the creative process meanwhile you advance in history.
