Pastors Gabriel and Lorena Mendez are the founders of CEMI Centro de la Misericordia in the city of Puerto Madryn. Together they have formed a family and are the parents of four children: Micaela, Melani, Maximiliano and Candela.

Since 2001 they began their work in the city of Puerto Madryn, they currently pastor one of the largest churches in Patagonia. They impact the Supernatural movement of God by holding influential meetings and conventions in the region.
