Aikido contains both empty hand and weapons techniques and Aikiken is the name given to the set of bokken (the japanese wooden sword) techniques practiced according to the principles of Aikido.

Aikiken was developed by Morihei Ueshiba at his dojo in Iwama at the same time he developed Aikido.

Each technique is presented from different views, including multiview, front view, side view and slow motion in order to help you catch all details of the technique and allow you to reproduce easily each kata.
