No house can be build without construction materials. Drive concrete mixer, dump truck and other trucks to deliver concrete and more materials to the construction site. Drive trucks to different locations of the city for construction materials - you can’t do house construction sitting in one place. Assemble all trucks and construction material as you build the house in the simulator!
