Added option for congratulations on anniversary by a notification in Statusbar.
Three types:
- "Round" date, that years and months,
- "Round" days - that is, 1000, 300, 1400 days, etc.
- "Beautiful" date days, ie 333 days, 1111 days, etc.
To select the types of notifications, or turn them off, you can in the settings.

Added French language.
