The Center for Lifestyle Intervention invites you to use the CLI Lifestyle App. It combines information on dietary intake, physical activity and location (GPS). CLI Lifestyle app is part of the research project to investigate the effect of individualized advice and support regarding diet and physical activity on weight loss and cardiometabolic health. The advisors in the research project use the app to provide the advice and support that suits you best.
