Powers for the person who created the group:

- Only him can remove a message.

- He can ban those users that use in a wrong way the chat.

- When the creator delete the chat, the chat will be deleted for all people.

What can do chat users:

- Set an image as avatar though an URL.

- Send text messages and emojis.

- Create new chats.
