Clown fish or anemone fish are fish from the Amphiprioninae subfamily in the Pomacentridae family. Thirty species are recognized, one in the genus Premnas, while the remainder is in the genus Amphiprion. In the wild, they all form a symbiotic mutualism with other sea anemones.
