Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Civil laws regulate commodity-money relations and other property relations based on the equality of participants, as well as non-property personal relations related to property relations. Participants of relations regulated by civil laws are citizens, legal entities, the state, as well as administrative-territorial divisions. Non-property private relations unrelated to property relations are regulated by civil laws, because they are not otherwise provided for in legal documents, nor do they arise from the meaning of non-property private relations.
