Constitutional Law 2020-348 of March 19, 2020 amending Law No. 2016-886 of November 8, 2016 establishing the Constitution of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. The Ivorian Constitution of 2016 is the fundamental law which governs the organization and functioning of public authorities in Côte d'Ivoire since November 8, 2016. This constitution is the fourth constitution adopted by Côte d'Ivoire, after those of 1959, 1960 and 2000. It established the Third Republic. It is amended on March 19, 2020.
