Chosen contact data can be transferred to other phones in your local Wi-Fi network (see Help, transfer contacts)
Since the data on the local Wi-Fi network are transmitted, additional permissions are required:

WLAN Status for superimposing Copy icons, depending on whether you are logged into a Wi-Fi network or not
The network state is required to be able to determine the own IP address
The full Internet access is required to transfer the selected contacts to the desired phone
