The Studio Fragassi is pleased to inform you that the new "Contech" application for the management of your condominium is available free for android.

Inside you will find three keys:

STATUS OF ACCOUNT, to know your accounting situation and the IBAN coordinates on which to make payments

VIRTUAL ASSEMBLIES (for owners only) to propose to the condominium your item on the agenda and get it to vote. in this case it will suffice to insert the topic that is intended to be called into question as well as the end of the voting. It will be up to us to select the reference table and proceed to the publication to all the condominiums who downloaded the application. Your vote may be changed at any time by the user until the indicated deadline. We will communicate by e-mail the result of the vote and, if there is a majority established by law, we will adopt the resolution without any loss of time.

SIGNALS to communicate faults and be sure that your report has been taken care of. Just enter the description of the fault and even a photo via the dedicated button. The first available operator will take charge of the report and eventually enter clarifications on the matter. All those who have downloaded the application will be able to see it in order to know the developments and avoid reporting the same problem several times. During the budget delivery phase, a report will be attached to all the reports received in order to verify the maintenance interventions carried out during the year. In this regard, please note that the administrator does not guarantee the taking charge of reports received on your whatsapp while you will be sure to consider the reports received by traditional methods (mail, telephone, secretary, fax). It is important to point out that reports from inappropriate content will not be taken into consideration.
