Contigo Mobile application is a product of Marcodina SA It sends a signal to the remote Assistance Contigo Central manner, to situations of depression, anxiety or loneliness.

THIS PRODUCT IS IDEAL FOR:

Older adults.

- People with reduced mobility.

THIS PRODUCT IS CRITICAL WHEN:

The beneficiary is only in situations of distress or simply boredom.

In a situation of urgency or emergency giving we derive the same resolution to the problem.

The beneficiary is required to maintain their autonomy and independence to feel safe and secure at all times

HOW DOES IT WORK:

Pressing the Help button, the device was installed where will alert Data transmission via the Internet. If the service is not available, the application will send an alert via SMS,

The alert will be received in the Central Contigo by a qualified operator, the owner of the service Contigo and their own contact data and references (pre-assigned). Also, the device sends data from its geo-location (via triangulation of cellular and GPS antennas should be enabled on the mobile).

To use this application you must:

- Be within service coverage Contigo (consult the Customer Service Center)

- Have data network connection or the ability to send SMS.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

- The use of Contigo Mobile can generate additional data or SMS consumption resulting in extra-billing by the provider of cellular service. These invoices will be paid by the client cell phone service.
