The conference aims to provide a common platform for researchers, academicians, corporate people involved in theory of statistical sciences and informatics and their fusion in other sciences, especially in agricultural sciences. Disseminating new innovations, ideas through novel ways; inspiring the young minds to galvanize the research arena and expanding the scientific horizons of statistical thinking are the other important objectives of the conference. The target of hosting the conference is to bring together researchers in statistical sciences and informatics to exchange the researches made thus far and to explore the opportunities to meet the future challenges of research through new vistas of modern technology and it’s engineering. The conference is intended to excel the creativity of the delegates by contributing the remarkable and productive research outputs. The conference will be studded with activities like keynote address; plenary talks; the prestigious Dr. M.N. Das Memorial Lecture; special invited talks by eminent statisticians/biostatisticians, bio-informaticians, computer scientists, finance and management professionals; presentation of contributory papers will be organized on the topics of current interest and theme of the conference. In addition, presentations from young scientists will be made for the Dr. M.N. Das Memorial Young Scientist. The said conference on Challenges and Opportunities in Statistics and Informatics for Futuristic Humanosphere Especially in Agriculture will be embedded with all the relevant core areas. Department of Statistics and Computer Applications, Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University along with Society of Statistics, Computer and Applications (SSCA), will make all our sincere efforts to excel the advanced developments of the emerging areas with statistical science and technology.
