With Crescendo you can easily change the time signature and key and choose between violin, bass, tenor and alto keys. Add whole to thirty-second notes and assign crosses and accidental signs. You can also simply drag notes to change their pitch or placement. Place text anywhere in your notes to add titles, set tempo changes and dynamics, or write text.
