The CSM group began its involvement in the industrial service and hardware supply business as CSM Engineering Hardware (M) Sdn Bhd in Puchong in the 1990's. With the dawning of the Third Millennium, a bold decision was taken to engage the hardware retail business and a branch was set up in Shah Alam in 2001. We were overwhelmed by the response and 2 years later, another branch as established. The branch was further expanded to occupy more than 15,000 square feet of retail space. A whole new range of products was added with the advent of the concept retail specialist centers.

CSM commits to consistently deliver to customers a functional service that contributes to the resolution of a problem and the fulfilment of the need. Constantly innovate, change and adapt to keep abreast of developments and to anticipate the changing needs of customers with a view to being the best in the field.

Le-Star Membership Rewards Programme was launched to foster and promote customer loyalty and to contribute their bit towards good corporate citizenship. In addition to donating 1% of gross sales to charity, it offers members access to promotional activities and special offers.
