Welcome to my home – Dagmar’s Home.

I’m blogging from our Blue Cottage, a little house in Westchester, NY, we bought 2 years ago and will continue to fix up and make our dream home.

Being a mom, cottage decor, thrifty interior design, vintage treasures, easy DIY projects, green living, and organic food are my passion.

I love finding inexpensive ways to decorate our home — our curtains are $1 dish towels hung on tension rods -- and there’s always some kind of DIY project I’m in the middle of.

I love sharing my journey of living a simple, natural, and healthy life with you.

You might also know me as a passionate, outspoken advocate for non-GMO and organic food/farming and supporter of (extended) breastfeeding and natural birth.
