When you create a new vault, all the vault content is encrypted before being sent to the server, so you really need to keep your password to update the vault and your loved ones will also need the password to access the vaults, WE DON'T KEEP YOUR PASSWORD IN OUR SERVERS NEITHER THE REAL CONTENT OF YOUR VAULT.

After create a digital vault you should install this app, the app will update our servers regularly so that we can know that you are ok, once we stop to receive pings from your app we start to send mails to confirm that is not something wrong with your internet or the app, passing one month without any ping from you we share your encrypted vault with your loved ones, so they can decrypt it.
